A missing person and a day that goes horribly wrong!
Qamar Rahman races to Goa with his family when they learn that his favorite Uncle – a forest ranger – has disappeared. Once there, they find Uncle V’s cottage cluttered with unusual relics, and a half-packed suitcase that offers no clues. Fortunately for Qamar, his friends Sharan and Umang are holidaying nearby. The three boys meet in Goa and pledge to do whatever they can to find Uncle V.
The next twenty-four hours prove to be wilder than their wildest nightmares. The boys, accompanied by an unexpected ally – a young girl called Prisha – are catapulted into an unpredictable and terrifying adventure. They find themselves lost and wandering in a mysterious jungle, where they must outsmart violent storms, face temptation from breathtaking yet dangerous flora, and keep a secret that could break the world if leaked. Strangely, each catastrophe seems linked to a shell – one that is shaped uncannily like a dinosaur.
What is the mysterious Dinoshell? Will it lead them to Uncle V? And if it does, will they ever be able to find their way back home again?

About the Series
The three friends, Qamar, Sharan, and Umang, can’t resist it when adventure comes calling. In Summer, they grappled with a human-brain-guzzling alien (Boys vs Alien), and now, when they should be holidaying during their winter break from school, Qamar’s Uncle goes missing in the jungles of the Western Ghats. Naturally, they must do something about it, mustn’t they?
These middle-graders will soon be in high school. Don’t be surprised if they continue to find mysteries to solve even as they try to stay up-to-date with schoolwork. Stay tuned…
